Jag har ett dåligt mönster av att kolla av jobbgrejer på mobilen när som helst på dygnet. Det är inte bra, varken för kreativiteten eller livsglädjen.
Nu skapar jag mig nya arbetsrutiner för att göra någonting åt saken.
Förut pressade jag mig ofta till max. Nu nöjer jag mig med att prestera hyfsat, och har istället fått ett bättre liv med möjlighet att vara kreativ.
